PROCESSING
Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.
AUSTRALIA
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $80 AUD. Under $80, standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on where you are.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to Australian deliveries only. Duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival are the recipient's responsibility.
DISCREET PACKAGING, ALWAYS
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. No logos on the outside, no product names on the label, nothing that says what is inside. What you wear is your business.
TRACKING
Every order is tracked. Your tracking number arrives by email when the parcel ships.
DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will chase it or make it right. Damaged-in-transit items are covered under the faulty-items section of our refund policy.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help recover them.
